She has since written books for children across the age range including:

• Novels: The Mum Trap (Andersen) which was voted in the top 100 children's books of 2000, and Frankie's Romeo (Orion) which received a PAWS drama award in 2001.
• Young Readers: Play - if you Dare (Hodder) The Twelfth Floor Kids (Heinemann) Chip's Dad (Rigby) Smelly Sock Soup (Orion) The Sarah Song (Orion).
• Picture Books: The Sheep Fairy (Chicken House), Floppy Ears (Orion), Little Tail (Orion) and Mondays at Monster School (Orion).
  

'Floppy Ears' is one of the books selected by the Scattered Authors Society for this year's national poster campaign. It's also now on sale in paperback as well as hardback and has been translated into Polish, with more translations to follow.
